How to Submit a Ticket.
When you click the Submit Ticket button on this page you will get 2 or more choices to click when you get to the next page. It is important that you click the correct one for your ticket.
On the next page after having clicked on the Submit a ticket button you will be presented with the below choices:
Button: Ask Questions here!
If you have not sent money for a product but have questions you can ask them here.
Please do not assume that we know every product and their upgrades by heart! Always provide a link to the information you refer to when asking a question. Same goes for information in Video or mp3, gives us quotes and timestamp from video or mp3!
Button: Active Orders Only!
This section are only for customers who have sent money for a product and need to submit proof of the transfer here. This section is strictly for active orders. If you have bought several products please only submit one ticket for all of them.
